Learning with TutorBee
Make more of the study materials you already have
A folder of notes is useful only when a child can learn from it. TutorBee connects an uploaded chapter with explanations, revision and worksheets, helping families return to the same lesson throughout a topic instead of starting from scratch each time.
Prepare a clear lesson upload
Choose one coherent lesson or topic from the child’s current curriculum. TutorBee accepts PDFs, scans, images, documents and text lessons. Make sure text is readable, pages are in order and diagrams include their labels. Use materials you are authorised to upload.
Make tricky topics easier to understand
Start with the part of the chapter your child finds confusing. Use TutorBee to explore a simpler explanation, a familiar example or a step-by-step walkthrough. Then try a question from the lesson together to see how the idea applies. Reopen saved explanations whenever the topic needs another look.
Plan revision around what needs practice
Use each study session to identify a small next step: a definition to revisit, a method to practise or an answer to explain more clearly. Return to that part of the chapter and choose a few related worksheet questions. In the next session, try a fresh question to see whether your child can apply what they have learned.
Try it together
Turn a science chapter into a study session
For a lesson about the water cycle, work through the sequence rather than memorising a paragraph.
- Check that the uploaded diagram includes evaporation, condensation and precipitation labels.
- Ask the learner to describe where water moves at each stage.
- Compare the explanation with the chapter and revisit any missing steps.
- Practise one question about a familiar example, such as water droplets forming on a cool surface.
Questions from parents
Which study materials should we start with?
Start with the chapter your child is learning at school, along with any relevant class notes or worked examples. Choose one topic with enough context to explain it clearly, including any diagrams. A focused lesson makes it easier to connect explanations and practice with what your child needs to learn next.
What makes a good scan?
Use even lighting, include the whole page, avoid shadows and check that small text is readable before uploading. A clear source helps reduce mistakes in extracted content.
Do I have to generate everything again for revision?
TutorBee saves reusable explanations and learning content where eligible, so families can reopen earlier work instead of repeating the same generation request.
